Help! I'm trying to reset my password, and I never get the email!

There are a couple of things you can do here. The first is to check your spam folder for the email - that happens often.

If that fails, you might need to create a new profile using an email that the system doesn't recognize. If you have another email address you can use, problem solved. If you don't, simply add a period within your email address (for example, firstname.lastname@gmail.com). Your email will still work the same, but the system will consider it a new address.
